Effective September 11, 2026
Terms of Use
Prelaunch terms: these terms require the operator’s legal identity, address, governing-law choice, and final review by qualified US counsel before accepting real transactions.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Give accurate information, protect your password, and notify Immarkt of unauthorized use. We may limit or close accounts used unlawfully or against these terms.
The marketplace
Immarkt provides technology for independent buyers and sellers. Sellers choose and own their supported payment account or wallet. A purchase contract is between the buyer and seller. Immarkt does not take custody of seller sale proceeds, does not own listed items, and may charge a clearly disclosed marketplace fee.
Listings and transactions
Sellers are responsible for lawful, accurate listings, rights to their content and products, fulfillment, taxes assigned to them, and required disclosures. Buyers are responsible for accurate delivery details and authorized payment. Prices and transaction terms shown at checkout control that order. Provider rules may also apply.
Returns, disputes, and safety
Seller policies, listing terms, applicable law, and payment-provider rules govern returns and refunds. Users may report content and open eligible order cases. Immarkt may preserve evidence, restrict activity, reverse marketplace fees where appropriate, and cooperate with payment providers or authorities.
Content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of your content and give Immarkt a non-exclusive license to host, display, copy, and process it to operate and promote your listings and the service. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and respect intellectual property and privacy rights.
Service changes and risk
The prelaunch service may change and can be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and Immarkt disclaims implied warranties. Liability limits, dispute venue, governing law, and any arbitration terms must be completed by counsel before production and must preserve rights that cannot legally be waived.
Contact
Production launch requires the operator’s legal name, postal address, and support contact here. See the Privacy Notice for data practices.
