Privacy Notice

Prelaunch notice: the operator’s legal name, postal address, privacy contact, vendors, and state-law applicability must be completed and reviewed by qualified US counsel before launch.

What Immarkt collects

We collect account and contact information you provide; storefront, listing, message, review, report, address, order, return, and case information; consent and security records; and limited technical information used to prevent abuse. Seller payment connections may include provider merchant identifiers and encrypted delegated credentials. Immarkt does not request or store full card numbers, crypto private keys, or wallet seed phrases.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts and transactions, deliver purchases, support communication, prevent fraud, enforce marketplace rules, comply with law, answer privacy requests, and improve reliability. We currently do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

When information is disclosed

Information may be disclosed to the buyer or seller needed to complete a transaction, to seller-selected payment providers, to infrastructure and communication vendors acting for Immarkt, to professional advisers, during a business transfer, or when law and safety require it. Providers receive only the information needed for their service and must be reviewed before production use.

Retention

Expired sessions and tokens are removed promptly. Recent-view history is retained for up to 90 days; read notifications and processed webhook receipts for up to 180 days. Order, payment, refund, tax, dispute, safety, consent, and audit records may be retained longer for contracts, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and claim handling. Account deletion removes reusable data and pseudonymizes retained transaction records.

Your choices

Signed-in users can download their data or delete their account from Privacy controls. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or another right available where you live. Identity verification and legal exceptions may apply. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

Security and children

We use access controls, encryption for delegated provider secrets, rate limits, signed webhooks, audit records, and data minimization. No system is perfectly secure. Immarkt is intended for people who are at least 18 and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes and contact

Material changes will receive a new effective date and, when appropriate, an account notice or renewed consent. Production launch requires a working privacy email and postal address here.
