Shipping, customs, and returns

Checkout and shipping

Physical item prices include seller-arranged delivery. Immarkt does not charge a separate postage amount or purchase a shipping label. After payment, Immarkt gives the seller the buyer's delivery address. The seller chooses and pays the carrier, sends the parcel, and records the carrier and tracking number on the order.

International orders

A seller shipping across a border is responsible for checking carrier availability, preparing customs documents, and disclosing any delivery limits. Buyers may still owe import duties or fees charged by the destination authority unless the seller explicitly states that those charges are included.

Delays and delivery evidence

Sellers enter tracking information manually. Carrier tracking can support a case, but Immarkt may review other evidence when a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, returned, or marked delivered incorrectly.

Cancellations and returns

Unpaid orders may be cancelled while their reservation is active. Paid-order refunds depend on fulfillment, the seller's disclosed return policy, and fault. Approved returns must use the return instructions and deadline shown on the order.
