Effective September 11, 2026
Seller Terms
Prelaunch terms: payment-partner obligations, tax allocation, fee disclosures, and the operator’s legal details require final review before real sales.
Quick setup and later verification
A seller may create a storefront and drafts with an email-first setup. Immarkt or a seller-selected provider may later require identity, tax, bank, contact, or business information when transaction readiness, risk, law, or provider rules require it. Sellers must answer required requests accurately and on time; selling may pause until requirements are satisfied.
Seller-owned payments
The seller connects and owns the merchant account, transfer destination, or supported wallet receiving buyer funds. The seller authorizes any disclosed application fee and remains responsible for provider fees, chargebacks, refunds, payout holds, wallet control, and tax reporting. Manual transfers require honest confirmation, and crypto transactions are final only after the configured network verification.
Seller duties
Sellers must own or be authorized to sell each item; describe condition, availability, delivery, restrictions, and return terms accurately; maintain stock; fulfill on time; respond to buyers; and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Sellers are responsible for licenses, product safety, recalls, taxes, and legally required records and disclosures.
Marketplace action
Immarkt may review listings or activity, require verification, archive content, suspend sales, share necessary transaction evidence with providers, and cooperate with lawful requests. Historical transaction records remain intact when a listing or account changes.
