Acceptable Use Policy

Immarkt supports broad lawful trade. Users may not list, buy, request, message about, or facilitate:

• Stolen, counterfeit, recalled, unsafe, or illegally imported goods
• Weapons, explosives, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or regulated products sold without required authorization
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, child sexual abuse material, or services involving sexual activity
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, piracy, circumvention tools, or digital goods the seller has no right to distribute
• Fraud, money laundering, gambling, unlicensed financial products, deceptive earnings claims, or transactions intended to evade platform or provider controls
• Personal data, government identifiers, financial credentials, dangerous instructions, hate-based abuse, threats, harassment, or unlawful discrimination
• Anything prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, carrier rules, or the connected payment provider

Do not manipulate reviews, spam users, move a transaction off-platform to evade rules or fees, misrepresent identity or condition, or interfere with security. Immarkt may remove content, restrict payments or selling, preserve evidence, and report credible threats or unlawful conduct.
